This week I read “Gregor and the Code of Claw”, also by Suzanne Collins. So very very good. This book wrapped up her 5 book Jr. high series set underneath New York city where giant cockroaches befriend lost toddlers and 600lb rats fight amidst active volcano’s and warriors on bats. Fun and fast paced, but with a good deal of depth and contemplation concerning the act of war. After reading 8 such marvelously crafted books in a row, it is somewhat depressing to go back to normal books. Authors I enjoyed just a few months ago now seem shallow and awkward. I love you Suzanne Collins, keep up the good work.
