Read MoreI was just so overwhelmed. The tree wasn’t up. No decorations. The dishes were piled up and everywhere, none of them clean. In order to cook, I had to wash the various pots and utensils I needed. I was so behind. I didn’t know it at the time, but I’d also just contracted COVID. I felt like a failure as a Christian and a woman.

Read MoreCampers hiked up to Inspiration Point to see the sunrise (only arriving slightly late, ha!) and trekked up the tube hill to zoom down the mountain in a splash of powder. Clearly Scruffy enjoyed his tube run with Boo Boo!

Time to perhaps throw up and feel ill and thank the Lord that we didn’t face this without having been vaccinated (I hear the vaccine gives you a milder case). Time to watch the snow fall, read a book, and spend a quiet moment with your dog. May you take the time today. The Lord is present, whatever you face, my friend.
