Reading Tai-Bo
I finally finished reading Inkdeath by Cornelia Funke this week. It is such a glorious book. I love her use of language and her powerful plot. I adore her characters, heroes and villians alike. I can just sink into this book and live there. But there are two reasons why the middle book is still my favorite. As a reader, I fall in love with a different boy than the heroine does, and the ending feels like it comes too quickly. Somehow I feel like the rising action to the end should have given me more clues that the real ending was near. But seriously, I love love love this book. I can’t wait until it is available on my Nook so that I can buy the whole trilogy, until then I’ll have to keep ordering them from the library every year or so. They are just that good.
