The Harrowing/Heartwarming Parent Moment of the Week
On our drive home from the cousins we stopped by Grandma Judy’s house just long enough to run around for a minute and for both Sweet Boy#1 and Sweet Boy#2 to get stung by a bee. Both stings swelled up some and Sweet Boy#2’s hand was huge and puffy for two whole days afterwards. But thanks to Children’s Benadryl our constant friend, it finally went back to normal.
All three boys are playing a game in which they use their bean bags as nests and are all various nesting creatures that are friends. Sweet Boy#1=a monkey, Sweet Boy#2=a vampire bat, and Sweet Boy#3=a goldfish. Friends indeed!
Sweet Boy#2 and Sweet Boy#3–Both color their faces with black permanent marker in order to become “Tar Man” a superhero who unleashes gigantic waves of tar at his enemies. But both want to be Tar man and so…”We are partner Tar-mans, we flooded the whole city with tar yeah baby! And then we know no spiders can attack the city again…uh oh! A bunch of killer caterpillars!”
