Reading Tai-Bo

This week I continue to read that massive 5 book fantasy series that is one of the hunky hubbies old favorites. I also learned something very important. I am willing to overlook a group of questing individuals encountering mole people if there is interesting stuff happening to interesting people at fairly regular intervals.

These books ramble quite a bit and a few of the jokes fall flat, but only jokes told by female characters…hmmm, and they are indeed traveling to a kingdom ruled by giant snakes that, you guessed it, sit upon thrones and glare at the peasants with a strange look of hunger in their eyes, but it’s an enjoying read and the nation made up entirely of spies more than atones  for the mole people.
