Recliner Sledding!

The boys got to use the sledding fort they built with The Hunky Hubby this fall. In fact, they went sledding with sleds, tubes, snowboards, and an old recliner.

So, the sled … .

The tube … .

The snowboard … .

And yes, we finally said goodbye to that recliner that we got second hand from a friend.

It made a fabulous sled.

Although, someone had to drag it back up the hill after zooming down.

 

And someone also had to give it quite a push to get the whole thing started. But despite the hefty amount of energy required for recliner sledding, all involved had a blast.

 

 

The reason we said goodbye to our chairs, even though Princess Leia Freyja was quite attached was to make room for a real live couch!

Princess Leia decided that perhaps the sad goodbye was worth it after all.

Besides, how often do you get to sled on a recliner!
