The Harrowing/Heartwarming Parent Moment of the Week

The Hunky Hubby and I dressed up all fancy for Valentines Day. This caused a stir among the boys.

Sweet Boy#2–Sees the old bridesmaid dress that I am pulling out of the closet. “Are you going to wear that dress?” I tell him yes. “Yay!!!” he exclaims

Sweet Boy#1–“This must be serious, you don’t usually dress like this.”

Sweet Boy#3–Runs up to hug and rumple me–“Momma, you’re so beautiful. I want you to wear this dress for the rest of your life.”

Hmmm, maybe I wear old jeans and a camp T-shirt a little bit too often.
