Reading Tai-Bo
I finished the first and second books in that Christian fantasy series. And you remember what I said about the parallel world feeling fuzzy and unreal to me. Well much havoc has been unleashed in the parallel universe causing deserts and war and disease and pain instead of green lawns, healing fruit, worshipful bathing, and gentle fluffy creatures. Now the parallel world feels just as real or more real than the other one. My subconscious must be unwilling to accept a reality without hurt and heartache. Hmmmm. So you want to draw me as a reader into your made up world? No problem. You make it fun and exciting and glorious and then you kill off a few people that I love and cause the rest to be struggling mightily for victory through a life that is choc full of unbearable pain. Now you’ve got me.
