Have Your Character Extend the Hand of Peace

Bosomella wrote the letter herself, on Miss Borka’s own parchment, with the golden quill that had been awarded to her grandfather from the king for his noble death at the hands of the floating monks.

Miss Borka,

Due to your increasing frenzy and diluted mutterings I must in all haste extend to you the hand of peace. You have need of your waining mental faculties and I have need of your trust and the opportunity to earn my freedom. Let me put my mind to the task of the ball and your infamous dancing therein. Let me prove myself to you and all the kingdom, thus earning my glorious freedom. Let us put aside our acorn missiles and rampaging toads, our bird cages and madly dusting maids and turn to face this cold hard world together. We could conquer it, if only the great force of our hearts were turned to one task and not against each other.

Sincerely Yours,

Bosomella

Miss Borka paused all of 2.3 seconds before casually tossing the missive into the fire and snatching the messenger up by his furry tale. “Peace indeed. I’ll give you peace you sparkly little wretch! Come to me yourself and I’ll see to your peace myself.”

Kristen

I promise you a crazed animal, a concussion, and a kiss in every single book...you're welcome!
