The Harrowing/Heartwarming Parent Moment of the Week
No contest this week.
Sweet boy #2 was in the potty. I know I know you would think I would have learned by now and stuck that child back into diapers to save myself some work. But alas I have not. When it came time to wash we realized that we were out of water again and had to wait for the hunky hubby to go and pump. Strangely sweet boy #2 panicked. He is not my tidy child. Why why why would he be so concerned about washing? After a short interrogation he confessed, “I have poop on my hands.” Hmmmm. I looked in the toilet. Someone had been painting on the inside of the bowl. Painting in brown….
glad it was you and not me…boy do I hate poop
Hummmm, I once had a child who did a bit of finger painting at a friend’s home using the same medium. A bit horrifying but not the worst thing that could happen :o)
