I remember deciding once to wake up 30 min. before my first baby to clean. That would be 6:00am. Didn’t last a week! But writing is NOT cleaning. Mama Griffith, you constantly amaze me with your knitting and sewing and keeping plants alive and home schooling and exercising! And Mom…gardening, knitting, sewing, MOPS, church functions…and Heather, you have 6 children, SIX! You guys are always stunning me with your brilliance. Writing is the only thing I do that’s not a Mommy thing. I mean I don’t even iron or keep house plants alive, not even cacti. That’s all. But still, I appreciate the encouragement. It’s nice to be called dedicated once in awhile. Has a nice ring to it.

I am stunned and rather in awe of your dedication. The only thing I’m dedicated to at 4 am is figuring out how to get back into bed, and very quickly before I wake up too much. 😉 You are incredible and superbly disciplined. Wow!

BTW, I am quite into your manuscript now… I can’t say that I’m getting up at 4 am ;-), but I actually have some quiet moments in my day and evening now!

I agree with Mamagriffith, ARGGGGGG about the 4 am. I’m glad that you’re getting some writing done and are actually able to keep your eyes open and think at that time of the day(night). You used to get up at 4 am when you went to work before class many yrs ago. Just remembered that. Are the boys going to sleep easier because they’re getting up earlier? That would be a bonus I think.
