And Rolana, the boys are watching the calender like predatory lizards (they have been imaginary lizards lately) counting the days and asking where you went and why you had to go. Can’t wait.

I tell you, one of the most glorious events to occur in the last couple years has been the kids getting to the point that they can put their own snow pants/coats/boots etc on! We’re still working on gloves for the last few, but it truly does dramatically change your life once it happens!!!!! The day is coming… one year, the first snow will fall and everyone will be outside playing… and then you’ll suddenly realize- that only took a few minutes! It takes ME longer to get ready now than it does the kids! 🙂
