Yes, it is such a special time together. I’m glad your kids enjoyed that time with their grandparents. We also have “Momma Movie Night” for each one in the summer where I buy them a DVD make a treat of their choice and wake them up in the middle of the night to watch a movie just us. This is in the summer when The Hunky Hubby works every day from June to the end of August. Special times and traditions are so important, they plan ahead, telling me what movie or snack they might like. So fun.
